Worthy Walker is a trial lawyer and problem solver focused on energy, banking and other complex business litigation, and known for his direct approach and convincing, quick-on-his-feet courtroom demeanor. Worthy handles both prosecution and defense of cases throughout the U.S., from initial case strategy through trial and on appeal.

Worthy focuses on the most efficient, creative and effective ways to resolve disputes. Over the years, he has represented various businesses, financial institutions and individuals in disputes in the following industries: banking, oil and gas exploration, natural gas transportation, software, apparel, manufacturing, mining, restaurants and food supply, real estate, aviation, construction and marketing. While many of his clients are individuals and closely held businesses, Worthy also represents major multi-national companies in high-exposure cases.

Worthy has represented directors and shareholders in partnership and shareholder oppression disputes. He also has diverse experience with employment and severance disputes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in trade secret and non-competition matters, as well as nearly every type of employment claim.

In addition, Worthy is often called upon to serve as local counsel to out-of-state attorneys for cases filed in the state and federal courts of Texas, particularly in Dallas, Tarrant and Collin Counties.

Although based in Dallas, Worthy has handled cases and/or been admitted to practice “pro hac vice” in courts in a variety of other states, including Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio and Oregon.
