Tiffany A. Johnson focuses primarily on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio management, including drafting patent applications and Responses to Office Actions and related prosecution documentation. Tiffany also provides patent enforcement and litigation support. She worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, before transitioning to Nath, Goldberg & Meyer as an associate patent attorney.  Tiffany’s experience as a previous patent examiner enables her to guide clients through post-grant proceedings in the Patent Office including inter partes reviews. She also has experience conducting due diligence analysis and drafting right-to-use and invalidity opinions. During her law school tenure, Tiffany served as Business Editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, and also worked as a judicial intern in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas for the Honorable Judge Kenneth Hoyt. Prior to attending law school, Tiffany worked as a mechanical engineer at CH2M Hill in Dallas, TX. Tiffany earned a J.D., cum laude, from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University, and a B.S. from Texas A&M University.
