Ms. Mun~oz’s practice primarily focuses on business, commercial, insurance, and labor and employment litigation. She has represented clients in commercial contract disputes, cases related to title, life, health, and disability insurance litigation, partnership and business disputes, and employment litigation. Prior to joining Figari + Davenport, Ms. Mun~oz practiced at a business litigation firm and gained extensive litigation experience on both the plaintiff and defense side in federal and state courts, securing optimum results for her clients from securing pre-judgment injunctive orders to appellate review relief. Ms. Mun~oz takes a grassroots approach to her cases, working to develop the strategy of each case, initiating tactical motion practice, and advocating in the courtroom.
