Jonathan R. Childers is an experienced trial lawyer helping businesses and executives prosecute and defend complex claims in Texas and throughout the United States.  He has a special focus on energy litigation, partnership and business ownership disputes, trade secret litigation, complex financial issues and damages, and high-stakes business torts.  Jonathan litigates and tries cases frequently involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty (often in the finance and oil and gas contexts), theft of trade secrets, tortious interference, and business disparagement. 
His clients primarily comprise Texas businesses and executives, as well as businesses based outside of the state with important business interests at risk here.
