Mr. Hill focuses his law practice on public finance, representing cities, counties, school districts, special districts, nonprofit entities and financial institutions as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel. Mr. Hill represents nonprofit entities in matters relating to formation, corporate governance and determination of exemption from federal income taxation. He has also successfully advocated the passage of legislation relating to nonprofit-entity finance in Texas. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Hill served for seven years as a United States Army Medical Service Corps Officer.
