George A. Snell III was reared in Pampa, Gray County, Texas

1972 – graduated from Baylor with BA and JD (law) degrees and practiced law in Amarillo since
1986 – started speaking for AAPL, NADOA and NALTA for conventions, seminars and certification purposes        
1989 – formed title attorney network, now 21 states, to write on comparative oil and gas law;  2011 AAPL’s Comparative Oil and Gas Law book
1992 – a founder and still member of State Bar of Texas’ Title Standards Joint Editorial Board
Has continued to speak at oil and gas title related events all over the country for more than 30 years.
