John Southrey is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM). Mr. Southrey leads the development and marketing of standalone cyber liability and technology errors and omissions liability insurance for hospitals, medical groups, Health Information Exchanges, health IT firms, and law firms. I also administer my employer’s corporate commercial insurance and speak about cyber insurance to organizations throughout Texas. Mr. Southrey has written numerous articles/blogs on cyber-related topics, including developing a 1-hour accredited program titled “Do You Know Your Cyber Risks?” and is the author of the monograph "Complete the Circuit: Insuring EDP [Electronic Data Processing] Exposures."
