"Great insight"

Colleen S - Ovilla, Texas

"Very good recap of discovery, excellent suggestions for finding ways to highlight your position, such as deposing the housekeeper or personal trainer, or requesting emails or copies of deeds from prior residences. Also, good warnings on traps to avoid such as failing to check your client's wishes without any possible beneficiaries present or failing to ask your client open-ended questions. Thank you for sharing your expertise and your humor!"
