Juvenile Ethics: Practicing Law with Integrity


In the practice of law Judges and Lawyers owe a duty of honesty, forthrightness, and the highest degree of ethical conduct [integrity].  In the area of juvenile law, these duties are heightened due to the unique nature of the practice. Not all ethical rules and canons will be discussed; therefore, continue to consult with current rules, canons, laws and procedure.
