Tokenized Prepaid Programs: A Comparison of Traditional and Cryptocurrency Programs
There are well-developed legal practices and regulatory systems around gift cards, reward systems and other prepaid programs. Many systems using cryptocurrencies and digital tokens include concepts of prepaid services and reward systems. Ernest Simons is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office.
